This week we woke up to a surprise from our manager, we have an important meeting in Smart Village. Whereby some sold us out and took their cars, the rest of us were sitting deciding how to go. And from here the debate started Uberbus vs. Swvl vs. a regular microbus and the teams were formed.
So without offers, the Microbus is obviously significantly cheaper but taking offers (which are regular from both Uber and Swvl) into account they all cost pretty much the same.
Both Uber and Swvl take more or less the same time route depending
Uber and Swvl offer a lot of similar features that increase their efficiency and ride enjoyment. These include booking seats, seeing GPS arrival times, being able to complain, and most importantly a single ride the whole way. A regular microbus offers none of that yet the only advantage is that you don’t need to book in advance.
Both Uber and Swvl take more or less the same time route depending, the regular Microbus takes longer due to the changes in the middle.
In conclusion, if you’re looking to save every penny then the Microbus is your champion, but if you value efficiency and comfort then both Uber and Swvl offer very similar services, and its best to look out for who you can use the latest offer with.
