Dr. Ali Al-Moselhy confirmed in televised statements with Amr Adib that any citizen whose rations card is revoked due to owning a new car should not submit a grievance with the ministry, as it will not be accepted.
He stated "There are some people who insisted on filing complaints. They keep saying they are paying for the car in installments but I say even if you are paying in installments, you are still able to pay."
If you want to submit a grievance, you may do so through the website of the Ministry of Supply or submit a grievance to the Council of Ministers.
