- 40 floors are done with another 30 under construction.

The Central Business District:
- Location: between the Mohamed Ben Zayed Northern & Southern axis.
- Area: 1,700,000 square meters with total investment of $3.4 billion.
- Developer: CSCEC is building the entire district and they are also the financial backers and executors.
- The district will include several services and multipurpose (commercial, entertainment, residential) units, as well as several towers, banks, and financial offices.
- The district will boast the tallest skyscraper in Africa.
- The district will contain the new headquarters of the Central bank of Egypt, a money printing press, 12 commercial complexes, 5 residential buildings, and 2 hotels.
