Find the best answers to the confusing questions you may be asked in an interview.
Whatever you do never badmouth your last position/company. What you can do instead is say that you are looking for a more challenging position as you’ve already learned all you can from your previous position.
Try something like this “during my job search I found this job posting and it grabbed my attention as the required skillset are a great fit for me. I would also love to work with a prestigious company/organization such as yourself as you are leaders in your chosen field, and I believe my previous experience would be an asset”.
You could say “I am very interested in this job and passionate about this field. My previous experience and qualifications would be a great asset. I am also looking forward to a new start and advancing my career”.
Try to be as honest and clear as possible when giving your answer. For example, if your previous salary was not suitable or if you were uncomfortable with the work environment don’t be afraid to mention that.
If you are a fresh graduate talk about the activities you took part in while in college/university or mention your high grades for example. If you have previous work experience mention them and your accomplishments confidently.

Do not say your weaknesses in the interview .. Beware of the trap!
Keywords: hardworking, ambitious, intelligent, social, quick to adapt, committed.
This is a trick question. Try not to mention your weaknesses as much as possible. This is not a confessional. Turn the question around in your favor by saying that you are detail oriented, ambitious, and want to face new challenges and experience more in life.
Try “I am not afraid of working under pressure as I love my job and always aim to be the best I can and provide quality work. I aim to abide by deadlines and am confident in my delegation and teamwork skills”.
Be flexible but at the same time if you have prior commitments make sure to mention them.
Before your interview you must research the company as much as possible. That way you will be able to answer this question confidently which will show the interviewer you are serious about this job.
